With this newly developed Green Friendly software, VSS Security Services personnel in the field can receive and respond to security issues by the use of a small hand held mobile device commonly referred to as a Smartphone.
The Smartphone provides security, parking and maintenance personnel with the exact details of a reported issue within moments of being reported. All reported issues are time stamped and assigned an automated tracking number. The Smartphone also allows VSS Security Services personnel to capture time stamped photographs and record audio files that are automatically attached to the reported issue. Clients of VSS Security Services with approved access have the ability to view and monitor photos, notes and audio files created by VSS Security Services within minutes of creation.
All this information is received in real-time and tracked through the SilverTrac “Issue Monitor”. All clients of VSS Security Services now have the capability to view the Issue Monitor from anywhere in the world with Internet access 24 hours a day.
